Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – Warehouse / Store In-charge

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure timely updating of inward/outward inventory in ERP or manual records.
• Reconciliation of physical stock vs system stock.

Material Receiving & Inspection

• Ensure proper receiving of materials with required documentation (PO, Invoice, GRN, etc.).
• Inspect materials for quality and quantity as per specifications.
• Coordinate with the procurement and quality teams for discrepancies.

Storage & Handling

• Organize and label materials systematically for easy access and retrieval.
• Ensure proper storage conditions (e.g., temperature, moisture, safety).
• Prevent material damage or deterioration during handling and storage.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and coordinate dispatches as per delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation for dispatch.
• Liaise with transporters and logistics teams.

Stock Reporting

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Report fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving stock regularly.
• Track material consumption vs usage forecast.

Team Management

• Supervise and train warehouse helpers/labourers.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of warehouse staff.
• Maintain discipline and a safe working environment.

Space & Layout Management

• Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in material flow.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines within the warehouse.
• Maintain records as per audit and compliance requirements (fire safety, PPE, housekeeping, etc.).

Coordination with Internal Departments

• Regularly coordinate with procurement, production, accounts, and sales teams for inventory planning.
• Raise timely material requisitions to avoid stockouts.

Asset & Equipment Maintenance

• Ensure proper usage and regular maintenance of warehouse tools, trolleys, racks, etc.
• Maintain records of company-issued tools/assets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
