Store In-charge

Job Summary:

The Store In-Charge will be responsible for managing all store operations including stock handling, inward & outward materials, inventory tracking, and ensuring proper documentation. The role requires attention to detail, discipline, and coordination with purchase and service departments to maintain smooth material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all inward and outward stock movement with proper documentation.
• Maintain daily stock register (manual and system-based).
• Check received materials as per purchase order and supplier invoice.
• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and issue materials to service/sales teams.
• Track and update stock levels regularly and raise alerts for low inventory.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and segregation of materials.
• Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments for verification and reconciliation.
• Conduct monthly physical stock audits and report discrepancies.
• Ensure material safety, cleanliness, and store discipline.
• Assist in AMC / Project material dispatches and documentation.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in store or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of inward/outward process and stock entry.
• Familiar with MS Excel, stock register, and ERP system (preferred).
• Strong coordination and record-keeping skills.
• Physically fit and willing to handle material movement.
