Solar Engineer

Job description Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Solar Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in solar power plant projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing complete project execution, ensuring high-quality installations, and leading a team of junior engineers. This role requires extensive travel across Southern India for site work related to solar power plant installation and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the installation of solar systems, including DC & AC wiring, structural erection, earthing, and civil works. - Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot service issues for solar systems to optimize performance. - Analyze solar system data and implement preventive maintenance strategies. - Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or a Diploma in EEE/ECE. ,ITI - Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar power plant projects. - Willingness to travel extensively within Southern India for project execution.
