Job Description

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records and documentation using ERP or manual systems.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to replenish as needed.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Material Handling
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation (GRN, invoices, etc.).
Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or deterioration.
Issue materials to production based on requisitions and maintain records.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), issue slips, return notes, etc.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Assist in preparing MIS reports for inventory and stock consumption.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area.
Follow FIFO / LIFO methods as applicable.
Coordination
Coordinate with purchase, quality, production, and logistics departments.
Assist in vendor follow-ups for material returns or replacements.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP/SAP/Tally).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and record-keeping.
Familiarity with safety and ISO standards (if applicable).

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
