Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Management○ Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.○ Manage inward and outward movement of materials, ensuring accuratedocumentation.○ Maintain an organized, safe, and clean storage environment.

2. Inventory Control & Stock Reconciliation○ Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations.○ Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management promptly.○ Ensure proper storage and arrangement of materials according to companystandards.

3. Support MIS & Reporting○ Assist in preparing store-related MIS reports for management review.○ Maintain accurate stock registers and records.○ Coordinate with MIS personnel to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

4. Team Coordination & Communication○ Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smoothoperations.○ Provide guidance to junior store staff and support their daily tasks.○ Communicate effectively with management regarding store operations andissues.

Skills Required:

● Strong organizational and coordination skills.● Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management practices.● Basic MIS handling and reporting skills.● Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.● Good communication and teamwork skills.

Selection Process:● One round of Face-to-Face interview with the Store In-charge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
