Operational knowledge in Store management
Material Inward & Outward into Stores
Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct point of storage area.
Ensure Received Materials unpack, count, cost/price checking as pr PO/Gate pass and acknowledgment to respective team.
Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Ensure all store requisitions are signed and approved by concerned Department Lead/ SPOC depending upon the site's operations procedure
Documents preparation for Materials Movements (Rejection Items, Inter unit transfers, repair and servicing items (Gate pass, DC, RDC & E-Way /Declaration)
Ensure issue of material only against approved MRN.
Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches. Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures
Daily updating in ERP/Spread sheet of store records like GRN, MRN, return from the Lab and Assembly floor
Ear marking and arranging of stocks in Stores
Monthly closure of inventory activities. All pending activities to be cleared on or before month end closure.
Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
Coordination with internal and external stake holders
Co-ordination with Transporter for material movement
Record keeping
Desired profile of the candidate: Graduation/ Diploma in any discipline
SAP Knowledge & any ERP Module
3-5 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse material management (WMS knowledge and experience in electronic industry is added advantage)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Resourceful, self-driven, transparent. proactive and independent worker
Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
