Job Type - Day Shift (12 hours) Salary - Up to 25k Experience - 1 to 3 years Contact :- 9875996020 Location - Bhagwanpura, Barwala Road, Derabassi Punjab Position: Store Executive Industry: Paper Box Manufacturing Location: Bhagwanpura, Barwala Road, Derabassi - 140507 Reports To: Operations Manager Role Summary: The Store Executive is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of the store, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with various departments to support production and delivery schedules in the paper box manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Reel Storage Management: Proper handling and storage of reels to prevent damage or deterioration. Ensure systematic labelling and documentation for easy identification and retrieval. Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as required. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including receipts, dispatches, and returns. Conduct regular physical stock checks to reconcile inventory data. Update the inventory management system in real-time. Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to safety standards. Manage material receipts, inspection, and issuance as per company policies. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper documentation for goods received, issued, and stored. Prepare periodic reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and storage conditions. Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Safety and Compliance: Implement and monitor safety protocols for material handling and storage. Ensure compliance with environmental and company-specific regulations. Qualifications & Skills: 1) Bachelor’s degree or diploma. 2) 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry. 3) Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office. 4) Strong organizational and time-management skills. 5) Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. 6) Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing setup. 7) Good communication and teamwork abilities. Key Competencies: Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Understanding of raw materials used in paper box manufacturing. Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques. Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
