Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities To develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand, optimize machine utilization, and minimize waste. To identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize production expenses and improve profitability. To manage and motivate the production team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. To drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall plant performance. To coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational. To analyze production data, identify trends, and generate reports to support decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in corrugation industry or similar field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization). Strong understanding of automatic corrugation plant operations and maintenance. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
