Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Production Manager at WOL3D. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, overseeing resources and workforce allocation, coordinating with stakeholders to meet project deadlines, and maintaining inventory levels. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, maintaining equipment, and driving process improvements to optimize operations. The Production Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products and services effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production management, process optimization, and project coordination
• Experience in team leadership, workforce allocation, and performance management
• Familiarity with additive manufacturing technologies, 3D printing, or related industries is an advantage
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and address production challenges efficiently
• Proficiency in quality control standards and maintaining production equipment
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and commit to a full-time schedule
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or relevant fields is preferred
