Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and company website.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, inventory updates, and order fulfillment.

• Monitor daily sales, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.

• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and SEO-optimized content.

• Handle online customer queries, reviews, and ratings to improve brand credibility.

• Plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and new e-commerce tools.

• Assist in digital marketing activities like ads, email campaigns, and social media promotions.

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and new platform integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, etc.). • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
