Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, monitoring online sales performance, coordinating with marketplaces, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing basics, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and company website.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, inventory updates, and order fulfillment.

• Monitor daily sales, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.

• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and SEO-optimized content.

• Handle online customer queries, reviews, and ratings to improve brand credibility.

• Plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

• Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and new e-commerce tools.

• Assist in digital marketing activities like ads, email campaigns, and social media promotions.
