Store Executive

The Mobile Store Executive is responsible for driving mobile phone and accessories sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and after-sales support. You will assist walk-in customers, meet sales targets, and promote mobile-related services such as SIM cards, data plans, insurance, and trade-in offers. Your key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and services, understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products and plans, achieving or exceeding sales targets, and upselling accessories, warranties, and mobile services. You will also demonstrate product features, set up devices, troubleshoot basic issues, maintain stock levels, ensure proper product display, and handle inventory operations. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest mobile phone models, specifications, technology trends, pricing, promotional offers, and competitor products. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, handling complaints or queries professionally, and collecting customer feedback to report trends or concerns to management are essential aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a diploma/degree in sales or marketing being a plus. Proven experience in mobile or electronics retail sales is preferred, along with strong knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems (Android, iOS), and telecom services. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, target-driven mindset, basic computer skills, and experience with POS systems are required.
