International Voice SKY Processes (UK)
CTC: 2.53.5 LPA | Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
About the Role:
Support UK customers across SKY services Upselling, Customer Support, and Semi-Technical assistance.
Day-to-Day:
Handle inbound/outbound calls for product upgrades, service queries, and basic troubleshooting
Explain SKY plans, resolve account or technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Log all interactions accurately in CRM and follow process compliance
Must-haves:
10th / PUC / Any Graduate
Excellent English communication & willingness to work rotational shifts
Freshers & experienced candidates (voice experience preferred)
