About the Role

STEM Faculty

Key Responsibilities

Conduct hands-on STEM sessions across grades (3–12) focused on Robotics, Coding, Electronics, AI, and Design Thinking.
Facilitate project-based learning (PBL) aligned with curriculum modules and innovation goals.
Guide students through prototype development using sensors, microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP, etc.), and fabrication tools.
Support curriculum execution, lesson delivery, and assessment planning.
Maintain lab equipment, ensure safety standards, and manage classroom resources.
Collaborate with curriculum architects to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Prepare students for exhibitions, competitions, and innovation showcases.
Drive curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving among learners.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
STEM disciplines
(Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Physics, or related).
1–4 years of experience in teaching or delivering STEM/Robotics/Coding programs.
Proficiency in programming (Python, Scratch, C/C++ for Arduino).
Working knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, and prototyping tools.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Familiarity with project-based learning (PBL) methodologies.
Experience with 3D printing, CAD, or IoT tools is an advantage.
