Job Title: STEM Trainer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and skilled STEM Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics and the ability to deliver engaging, hands-on STEM sessions to students across various age groups. You will play a key role in fostering curiosity, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among learners through interactive STEM activities, experiments, and project-based learning.

Key ResponsibilitiesSTEM Teaching & Curriculum Delivery:

• Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based STEM lessons aligned with the curriculum and organizational goals.
• Conduct practical sessions, STEM experiments, robotics activities, coding lessons, and project-based learning tasks.
• Integrate real-world applications of STEM concepts to spark curiosity and deepen understanding.
• Adapt teaching methodologies to support diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Evaluate student performance through activities, assignments, and assessments; provide constructive feedback for growth.

Classroom & Session Management:

• Establish a positive, safe, and collaborative learning environment.
• Ensure disciplined and structured sessions while encouraging creativity and participation.
• Manage resources, materials, and equipment required for STEM activities and experiments.

Assessment & Reporting:

• Track student learning outcomes and maintain accurate records of performance.
• Share progress reports with students, parents, or stakeholders as required.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance learning effectiveness.

Workshops & Extracurricular Engagement:

• Organize and facilitate STEM workshops, competitions, exhibitions, and club activities.
• Motivate students to participate in STEM fairs, innovation challenges, coding contests, and hands-on projects.
• Support students in preparing for events, demonstrations, and project presentations.

Professional Development & Collaboration:

• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in STEM education.
• Participate in training programs, curriculum planning, and team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with educators and coordinators to ensure integrated and meaningful learning experiences.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation:

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM fields such as Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related domains (Master’s Degree preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or training in STEM, robotics, coding, or related fields.

Skills:

• Strong conceptual understanding of STEM subjects and hands-on STEM tools.
• Proficiency in coding, robotics kits, STEM gadgets, or technology-based learning tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design creative, engaging, and interactive STEM learning experiences.
• Passion for inspiring students toward innovation and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
