STEM Trainer

Your role is to be a facilitator of fun and learning, not just a lecturer. ● Facilitate Hands-On Lessons: Lead small groups of young children through engaging STEM activities, including - building simple machines, introductory robotics, Block based and beginner coding, fun science experiments. ● Encourage Inquiry and Problem Solving: Guide Students to ask “Why?” and “What if?” and support them in exploring concepts through experimentation and creative thinking. ● Manage the Classroom: Create a safe, supportive , and collaborative learning environment. Handle class flow, materials, and for project-based activity management . ● Adapt Curriculum: Use Kidypi’s curriculum and customize delivery to match diverse learning needs and styles. ● Communicate Progress: Provide positive and constructive updates to parents about their child's learning journey, engagement and skill development. ● Research and Development: Be part of our innovation team - research new STEM tools, kits, robotics platforms, and help shape new learning modules, gadgets, and course enhancements. ● Participate in Competitions/Conferences: Represent Kiddypi in exhibitions, Conferences and competitions to stay updated on the latest EdTech and STEM Innovations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
