About the role: Senior Structural Designer must operate as part of a team in the design and drafting activities, Checking 2D drawings, Technical Drawings, Arrangement drawings in support of engineering activities. Guide a team of designers to prepare Layouts and detail drawings for offshore steel structures and Ship structures (Like Hull, equipment foundations, lifting arrangement, mooring/towing arrangement.) Quality checking of the drawings to ensure the maximum drawing quality and optimisation. Collaborate with the Structural Analysis Engineers and Team. Responsibilities: Experience in leading a team of designers Should be well versed in design drawings of offshore/marine/subsea structures, analyses, related engineering assessments, calculations, procedures and requirements Should be able to perform first principal engineering calculations for structural design.
