Executing tasks efficiently, intelligently, and with a clear understanding, minimizing mistakes through proper verification and communication. Using computer simulations to predict how structures will react under different conditions Inspecting unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition Labour scheduling and monitoring workers through phone calls. Visiting the panchayat, municipality, or other relevant offices is mandatory when necessary. Requirements: Need a degree or postgraduate qualification in structural engineering with minimum 1 years of experience in construction firms. Hands-on experience with ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or other relevant structural design software and AutoCAD software. Good communication, interpersonal and technical skills.
