Principal Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures in high-rise and data center projects.
• Develop ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, and RCDC models for structural systems.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, and documentation in accordance with IS codes and international standards.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and other consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Optimize structural systems for cost-effectiveness and safety.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and CAD designers.
• Attend client meetings and provide design clarifications.
• Ensure proper data management and maintain project records

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters in Structural Engineering preferred.
• 10–12 years of experience in structural design for high-rise buildings and/or data centers.
• Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Standard Codes and structural audit practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mission-critical facilities (data centers) and peer review projects.
• Familiarity with international codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode) and advanced structural analysis techniques.
• Exposure to seismic and wind load design for tall structures.
