Principal Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing front-end applications for large web applications. Your primary focus will be on creating RESTful services/APIs and back-end servers using advanced Javascript technologies like NodeJS. You will also work on integrating and operating NoSQL/SQL databases for application functionalities. Additionally, you will collaborate with various front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js to enhance user interface and user experience standards. Key Responsibilities: - Translate high-level requirements into technical specifications and develop solutions accordingly - Design and implement backend servers with RESTful services/APIs, integrating NoSQL/SQL databases and creating reusable components for the business logic layer - Create new UI layouts and workflows for web-based applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness - Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP - Debug browsers using WebKit Developer Tools and handle real-time data processing - Write unit and integration tests, integrate data from backend services, and collaborate effectively with remote teams - Work on projects following Agile methodologies and SCRUM, and communicate effectively with client stakeholders - Show enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapt to changes in the tech landscape Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of experience as a front-end developer for large web applications - Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful services/APIs using NodeJS - Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.js - Strong knowledge of Javascript, Object-Oriented JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, and web technologies - Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmin, Karma, Mocha Chai - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, including services like EC2, Lambda, Route53, etc - Understanding of modern application deployment practices like continuous integration and deployment, configuration management, etc. - Ability to work with different protocols for data transmission/connectivity and version control tools like Git or TFS - Experience with project management tools like Atlassian JIRA Additional Company Details: N/A,
