Responsibilities Well versed with different ServiceNow products Hands-on experience with Incident Management, ITSM, Service Catalog & Asset Management product Nice to have experience in HR applications Hands-on experience on Script Includes, Business Rules & Client scripts Excellent communication skills , verbal & written are truly essential Demonstrated experience working with business partners to interpret requirements Experience working in Agile mode and working with remotely located teams. Great interpersonal skills, result driven & Go getter attitude is highly desirable Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX is preferred Experience working with relational databases, good SQL skills Good understanding and background in TCP/IP, IT security, and single sign-on technologies System integration experience using web services (SOAP, REST) is must Experience in building Service portals using Angular is a plus.
