Roles & Responsibilities:• Achieve the sales target for each product category month on month• Ensure the collections from retailers happen timely and keep updating the credit worthiness of the retailer basis an objective framework• Map the consumption patterns of various new categories for each retailer and provide intelligence on terms of trade with various brands or categories as and when neededWho can apply:• Candidates with background in building material sales in retail channel, preferably from the same geography as the position • MBA with min 3 year sales experience • Local language skills are a must • Comfortable with MS Excel, MS Power Point, able to update data in CRM diligently • Willing to be in the market almost every day of the month

Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through effective channel development, dealer management, and distribution management.Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth in the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with dealers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, and inventory management at dealerships.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify areas for improvement.Ensure timely reporting on sales performance metrics such as forecasts, budgets, and key indicators.Desired Candidate Profile12-16 years of experience in Area Sales Management or similar role with expertise in Channel Sales Management.Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective dealer development and channel expansion.Strong understanding of consumer electronics & appliances industry with knowledge of latest technologies and trends.Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Skills Required : Backend Development: Strong experience in Java and Spring frameworks. Microservices Architecture: Familiarity with designing and implementing microservices. API Design: Proficiency in creating RESTful APIs, understanding network communication, and protocol management. Own all aspects of product development from prototyping new ideas to architecting, integrating with other products, reviewing and implementing. Should have experience of working with Product Management to create product roadmaps functional specifications, design specification of features based on customer/product requirements Research, experiment, and recommend new technologies that can help increase productivity/reduce technical risk/debt. Hands-on experience working with Databases like SQL & NoSQL. Hands-on experience working with caches like Redis Demonstrated experience in developing complex and reusable APIs and understanding of the full software development life cycle. Strong working knowledge of building and interfacing with REST APIs
