Role & responsibilities Monitor the monthly business plan segment-wise along with business Monitor the performance and potential & strategic customers Monitor the regional business plan along with regions and identify the gaps Industry & Competition data analysis along with strategy team Sectoral analysis and strategy along with the Business Development team Identify white spaces for growth of share of Business along with Business team Monitor channel performance along with marketing team Monitor New Projects Initiatives along with all stakeholders PI development & opportunity identification along with Business Finance Team Maintaining and updating operational status of tasks with team members Managing weekly conversation with leadership of stakeholder teams Sharing newer insights and co-relations to identify opportunities/causation Managing & developing monthly and other periodic reviews Leading in designing structural analytics and knowhow Act as a repository of category information Developing allied industry compendium Other operational tasks as necessary to support the category team Preferred candidate profile Deep understanding and experience with the ability to practically apply Result-Oriented: ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner Problem Solver: A creative yet pragmatic problem solver Analytical Thinking and Decision-Making: A conceptualizer” of enterprise and market trends/issues who can then integrate that thinking into marketing and business strategies Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: A team player and builder, receptive to ideas from others.
