Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated CS & Legal Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all legal and corporate secretarial matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing strategic legal counsel to support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including NDAs, purchase orders, supply agreements, and service contracts. Provide expert legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, fundraising activities, and joint ventures, including foreign direct investments. Draft and review legal documents related to debt and financial matters, such as loan agreements, corporate guarantees, and ISDA agreements. Educate and advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters. Manage compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and RBI regulations. Handle FCGPR, FCTRS, issuance/allotment of CCDs and equity shares. Maintain statutory records, filings, and DEMAT-related processes. Organize board meetings, prepare minutes, and draft resolutions. Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders. Qualifications: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). ICSI membership is mandatory. 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate law and corporate secretarial functions, preferably in the energy sector. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of corporate compliance, FCGPR, and DEMAT processes. This position requires you to work efficiently under minimal supervision, exercising initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks. You will be assisting in the mechanical and design cycle of product development. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will also collaborate with the sales and marketing managers as necessary. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the design, development, and evaluation of new and existing products. You will utilize Solidworks/Creo 3D software for CAD drafting services to design, evaluate, and archive product documentation. Reviewing design specifications and requirements, you will develop designs that best support them, with cost as a key design variable. Additionally, you will assist in the evaluation and troubleshooting of products, develop bill of materials, costing analysis, and work with domestic and international teams to develop and support products. Regular reporting of progress and status to the engineering manager, as well as specifying and evaluating supplier components, subsystems, and services, will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years of experience. Extensive experience with Solidworks 3D, Creo, Inventor, or Autocad is preferred. Hands-on experience in Sheetmetal and GD&T, along with experience in mechanical design using metals, plastics, glass, and rubber, is required. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and experience from Design engineering firms are advantageous. Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software, are also desirable traits for this role.,
You will utilize CAD System to prepare printed circuit board (PCB) documentation including schematic diagrams, layouts, assembly drawings, and Bills of Material. You will work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure optimal component placement and meet specific routing requirements. You will create documentation following PCB Department standards for the manufacture and fabrication of PCBs. Flexibility to work additional hours when necessary to meet critical project deadlines is required. As a member of a project team, you will contribute in line with team direction. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. You should be adaptable to various tasks, responsibilities, and working with different people. Knowledge and Abilities: - Understanding of PCB technology, materials, and fabrication. - Experience with PCB layout incorporating multi-layer, surface mount, and through-hole technology. - Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Excel. Preferred Skills: - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of applied technology experience is preferred. - Familiarity with Mentor Graphics Expedition flow and Altium Designer is preferred. - Experience with Agile and ECO processes is a plus.,
