About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Statutory Auditor to join our Audit & Assurance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting standards, auditing principles, and regulatory frameworks applicable in India. This role involves handling statutory audits across diverse industry sectors, ensuring compliance with legal and financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct statutory audits for corporate clients in compliance with Companies Act, 2013, and auditing standards issued by ICAI.
• Review financial statements and ensure adherence to Ind AS / IFRS / IGAAP standards.
• Perform internal control testing, risk assessment, and analytical procedures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, working papers, and documentation as per firm and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with client management teams to understand processes, identify key audit issues, and suggest improvements.
• Support tax audit and regulatory compliance as needed.
• Liaise with internal teams and partners to ensure timely completion of engagements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
