Job Description

Position: State Sales Coordinator

Designation: Executive – Assistant Manager

Function: Trade Sales

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Credentials: Any Graduate

Responsibilities:

Responsible to provide seamless support to businesses by a way of proactive order creation and customer maintenance in close coordination with Sales and support functions
Shortage| Damage Reconciliation.
Trade SO generation, reactivation within TAT, BOT releases etc. (Working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desired)
Trade Full & Final Settlement of Customers.
Trade KYC Documentation Management - To prepare and maintain the record of Dealers, AR as per the required template (KYC Compliance)
SOA | Balance Confirmation
Trade Customer Master Management
Coordination with logistics on route and T-Zone
Trouble shooting issues pertaining to Mobile App etc [Complaint Management]
