Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head located in Bengaluru. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing the housing finance operations within the state, managing a team of professionals, and implementing business strategies. Daily tasks include monitoring loan disbursements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving sales and customer acquisition. The role also requires strong leadership to mentor and guide team members towards achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

Team management and leadership skills
Experience in housing finance or related financial services
Understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance
Ability to use data analytics and technology platforms effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales and customer acquisition
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru
