Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and grow market share in the state
  • Build, develop, and train the business team to achieve the outcomes from the respective areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, installation partners, and other stakeholders
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the teams and clients throughout the sales process and project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings and activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design engineering, project management, and accounts, to ensure successful project executions

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Must have prior experience in the Solar Industry, preferably in Rooftop or EPC projects (OPEX & CAPEX models).
  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy, OR B.Com/B.A/B.Sc graduates with strong technical and commercial acumen.
  • An MBA or a Graduate with good aptitude and technical skills will be preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage state-level operations independently.
