Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and grow market share in the state
Build, develop, and train the business team to achieve the outcomes from the respective areas
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, installation partners, and other stakeholders
Provide technical support and guidance to the teams and clients throughout the sales process and project execution
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings and activities
Collaborate with internal teams, including design engineering, project management, and accounts, to ensure successful project executions

Preferred Candidate Profile

Must have prior experience in the Solar Industry, preferably in Rooftop or EPC projects (OPEX & CAPEX models).
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy, OR B.Com/B.A/B.Sc graduates with strong technical and commercial acumen.
An MBA or a Graduate with good aptitude and technical skills will be preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage state-level operations independently.
