Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals and ensure strong client conversions.
Identify and build relationships with potential clients, architects, builders, and developers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to finalize projects.
Work closely with design and project teams to ensure seamless client experience from inquiry to delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports using CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

What Were Looking For:

8-12 years of experience in interior design / real estate / architectural sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Client-focused approach with attention to detail and design understanding.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Bachelors degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
