Shivanya seeds is a brand new venture which specifically cater the farmers in and around of Chhattisgarh. The company deals in hybrid paddy rice seeds majorly along with maize and other vegetable seeds sown round the month.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a State Head at Shivanya seeds. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing the state's operations, managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and expanding market reach. The individual in this role will work closely with regional and local teams to ensure targets are met and customer relationships are maintained. Duties will also include monitoring market trends, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including developing and implementing sales strategies
• Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on overseeing sales teams
• Market analysis and data interpretation skills
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur
• Experience in the agricultural or seeds industry is advantageous.
