Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic State Head to lead and drive our sales operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, channel sales, and distributor management. This role requires hands-on leadership with the ability to manage a team of at least 10 on-roll sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead state-level sales operations and drive performance across channels.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10+ on-roll sales team members.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
• Ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Regularly track sales metrics, performance, and report to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

• 10 to 14 years of experience in B2C sales and distribution/channel management.
• Minimum 6 years of team handling experience with at least 10 on-roll team members.
• Strong understanding of territory and market development.
• Proven experience in driving large-scale sales initiatives and managing distribution networks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the state.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (BTech preferred).
• Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is mandatory.

Preferred Industry Background:

Telecom, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Durables, Mobile Handsets, FMCD, Paint, Furniture, Hardware.

Note: Candidates from Pharma or Edutech backgrounds will not be considered for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
