## Job Description: State Head - Security Services for Penda Group (Partner of WISILICA)

### Position Overview

The State Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations, strategic initiatives, and personnel within the state's security services. This leadership role involves ensuring the highest level of service delivery, compliance with regulations, and fostering client relationships.

### Key Responsibilities

- *Strategic Leadership:*

- Develop and implement the strategic plan for security services across the state.

- Align departmental goals with overall company objectives.

- *Operational Management:*

- Oversee the daily operations of security personnel and services in the state.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

- *Client Relationship Management:*

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.

- *Team Management:*

- Recruit, train, and mentor security personnel and management staff.

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.

- *Financial Oversight:*

- Manage budgetary allocations and ensure financial targets are met.

- Analyze cost control measures and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

- *Risk Assessment and Mitigation:*

- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to minimize security risks.

- Implement crisis management and incident response protocols.

- *Quality Assurance:*

- Establish and monitor quality assurance metrics for service delivery.

- Ensure ongoing training and development programs for security staff.

- *Reporting and Compliance:*

- Prepare and present regular reports on state operations and performance metrics to upper management.

- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements relevant to security services.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in security services, with at least 3 years in a management role.

- Strong understanding of security protocols, risk management, and crisis response strategies.

- Proven track record in operations management, budgetary control, and client relations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make informed decisions.

- Certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
