Business Development Executive

Overview

We are currently looking out for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. The individual should be highly motivated, a self-starter and someone with a passion for being part of a high growth environment

As a Business Development Executive, you would be focused on prospecting new markets through various means like LinkedIn, Industry association directory, publicly available database, Competition research to discover new companies who would be a good fit for our products

Once the companies are identified you will navigate the company hierarchy to find out the decision makers, mine and verify their contact information to build prospect lists. You would also plan to undertake email campaigns to engage the prospects

Full time role with an option for some remote working

What will you be doing?

· Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision makers

· Build detailed prospect lists using web mining tools together with sales & marketing team

· Extensively work with CRM and other tools for continuous sales & marketing execution

· Design and execute outbound Email campaigns, creative LinkedIn Inmails for prospects

· Being adaptable and have the thirst to learn new tools/ways to reach the prospects

· Actively participate in meeting with potential clients to perform more discovery/pre-sell

· Contribute to industry/trade event participation, presentations, white papers, and briefings

· Provide valuable market, competitive, and customer analyses to support the Sales team

You’ll be a great fit if you have/are:

· Bachelors or Master’s Degree.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· 0-1 years of experience in a technology product or services domain at any capacity.

· Adept with web data mining techniques to find out the required information.

· Experience of working in tools like Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

· Hardworking and possess an ability to achieve a high volume of detailed researched prospects.

· Competitive, self-starter and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to win .

· Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and functions, offering ideas and/or solutions.

· An innate desire to build things from the ground up and display ownership.

· Startup and growth company mentality, ready for rapid rates of change.

· Salary Package: Range 10,000 - 15,000 /month
