Job Description

The State Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within the state. He/ She will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. His/ her primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, building strong banking relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to success.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plan and responsible for the roll out revenue & implementation of the sales plan and achieve the target revenue of the company in collaboration with all the stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Set performance goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales team.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to senior management.
  • Appoint new retailer, distributor, and super distributor for the services like; AePS, DMT, MATM etc. (mandatory)

Skill requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the state.
