State Head Sales

**Role Overview:** As a State Head Sales in the Electricals industry, you will be responsible for leading sales operations in the assigned state. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, market development, and effective credit control to achieve state-level sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve state-level sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth. - Drive performance through effective sales planning, forecasting, and execution. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the state sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. - Foster a high-performance culture through regular reviews, training, and guidance. - Conduct regular market visits to strengthen distributor, dealer, and retailer networks. - Identify and activate new markets to expand business reach. - Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights for strategic decision-making. - Strategize and execute successful launches of new products across the state. - Drive product visibility and adoption through channel partners and field activities. - Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies. - Provide regular MIS reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. - Collaborate with senior management to align state-level strategies with company objectives. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Electricals industry, preferably in switches, wires, and home appliances. - Graduate / MBA degree preferred, especially in Sales & Marketing or a related field. - Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Proven experience in handling large teams and dealer/distributor networks. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. - Willingness to travel extensively across the state for market visits.
