Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Purchase Manager. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's purchasing activities. Day-to-day tasks include developing procurement strategies, ensuring that products are purchased at the best possible price and quality, managing supplier relationships, and analyzing market trends. The role also involves negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory.

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, supplier management, and negotiating contracts
  • Knowledge of market analysis, procurement strategies, and cost analysis
  • Proficiency in inventory management, record-keeping, and supply chain management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the recruitment or learning and development industry is a plus
