Roles & Responsibilities

  • Appoint and manage distributors & channel partners across the state.
  • Onboard new dealers and ensure smooth partner integration.
  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Manage and monitor both primary and secondary sales performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Oversee debtors and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Analyze sales data and market intelligence to develop action plans.
  • Drive territory expansion and improve market penetration.
  • Lead price negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Deliver impactful communication and presentations to partners and teams.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
  • Ensure excellence in B2C sales execution, preferably in FMCG, lubricants, or consumer goods.
  • Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools for effective planning.
  • Travel extensively within the state to ensure on-ground market presence.
