Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • • Identify potential Transformer Oil & White Oil customers in the assigned territory.
  • • Conduct site visits, generate inquiries, and close sales.
  • • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from order to payment realization.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Finance) for timely execution.
  • • Maintain customer accounts and resolve commercial issues/disputes.
  • • Keep track of competitor activities and inform management.
  • • Build strong long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • • Contribute to the rollout of new business initiatives from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

  • • B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical.
  • • 4 to 6 years of experience in Transformer Oil or Industrial Lubricant Sales.
  • • Strong technical and commercial understanding of transformer applications.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation & account management skills.
  • • Proven ability to independently manage the sales lifecycle.
