Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve business targets within your assigned region. You will be required to oversee sales, collection, operations, and coordinate with the central team. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Achieving sales targets and ensuring incremental growth in the Book Size while maintaining the health of the book. - Establishing tie-ups with relevant sourcing agents in the industry to build alternate sourcing channels. - Providing guidance to your team to achieve business objectives. - Managing the team effectively to enhance productivity. - Monitoring the sales process and its effectiveness. - Managing fee income and processes efficiently. - Providing training and technical expertise to Relationship Managers and Field Sales Staff on various products. - Coordinating with the corporate team to restructure products based on regional requirements. - Cross-selling products to maximize revenue. - Maintaining Nil NPA (Non-Performing Assets) to ensure a healthy portfolio. You should possess a Post Graduate or Graduate degree in any discipline to qualify for this role.
