Department Sales & Marketing Reporting To Zonal Sales Manager Others Good personality

1. To Manage overall business for the assigned area

2. To ensure uniform Sales Growth for the assigned area

3. To identify & decide for new Development areas & ensuring Channel Development for the same.

4. To Decide Target for team & distributors based on potential

5. Monitor distributor Performance & Growth.

6. Monitor Competition & their activities in the region & action plan to counter the Competition. 7. Meeting all distributors once in three month & resolve issues.

8. Monitoring Schemes/Implementation & Formulate / propose new schemes to achieve sales Target for the region.

9. Develop / Motivate & monitor Team for the assigned region through CGM & PSM

10. Identify training needs for the Team.

11. Coordinates with all functions to ensure customer service

12. Brand positioning in the region.

13. Corrective action for Transparent implementation of schemes

14. To meet /& Propose for new distributor Appointment

15. Process Implementation for DGT & CDT.

16. Resolve Team Issues.

17. Reviews & Propose Promotional activities for the region based on Allocated budget

18. Correct Market Feedback to the Management highlighting challenges & Proposing solutions

19. Participate & formulation of companies/Growth Strategy

20. No Excuse Management

21. Keeping the team unite & focusing towards the company Goals.
