Role & responsibilities To appt. new retailers to cover all markets and all areas. To identify and propose appointment of direct dealers as directed by the mgmt. and State Head Find market gaps. Target and convert the right retail partners Monitoring/tracking retailer sales monthly and Ensure retailer growth Mgmt. of the retailers. Taking repeat orders. Give targets to retailers and ensure fulfilment. Demand additional sale from them in addition to the demand generated by our team. Propose, run and manage retailer schemes Propose retailer meets based on need Help verify plumber sales reported by PSE from retailers Managing services through distributors. Managing and sorting out retailer issues with distributors managing branding at retailers: both in shop and out of shop recommend if a retailer can be converted into direct account. Coordination with local distributor and monitor his services to retailers. Also give feedback of distributor performance to CGM Visit every retailer twice every month. Must also visit new and prospective ones. Must have a backup ready for each retailer. Manage PWS and Plumber meets as and when required. Preferred candidate profile Audience - Retailers Touring Required - 15 Days Environment - Very Competitive, Competition with Big Brands. Willing to learn new things Willing to work hard
