Sr. Purchase Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure raw materials, components, and services with a focus on
sheet metal and related materials
Identify and develop a reliable vendor base for cost-effective and quality procurement
Negotiate contracts, prices, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers
Maintain strong relationships and connections within the market
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up with vendors to ensure compliance
Work closely with production, quality, and inventory teams for seamless operations
Prepare and maintain reports related to purchase orders, costs, deliveries, and vendor performance

Candidate Requirements:

4 to 8 years
of experience in purchase/procurement
Prior experience in the
sheet metal industry
will be given preference
In-depth knowledge of
purchase processes, vendor management, and market trends
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and documentation
Must have
good market network and supplier connections
in the relevant sector
