Role Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with offline merchants and sales executives. Develop a sharp understanding of local merchant/customer needs to drive loan distribution. Set up and lead a team to achieve agreements and quality targets for lending. Help merchants grow their businesses by enabling access to loans through esteemed lenders. Key Deliverables: Achieved loan agreement and quality targets. Strong and sustainable relationships with merchants and sales executives. Increased distribution of loans to offline merchants.
