We are looking for a high-performing State Head (Retail – IMFL) to lead our operations, drive growth, and establish a strong retail presence in Tripura. 🧭 Role Overview The State Head (Retail - IMFL) will be responsible for overseeing the state’s retail operations, driving sales strategies, building a robust distribution network, and ensuring the brand’s retail excellence in alignment with the company’s growth objectives. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Retail Leadership: Plan, implement, and execute state-level retail strategies for IMFL. Sales & Market Expansion: Achieve revenue and volume targets through strong market penetration and outlet expansion. Team Development: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales and operations team across districts. Distributor & Channel Management: Build and strengthen partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail vendors. Brand Visibility: Ensure strong brand presence through retail activation, display, and consumer engagement activities. Compliance & Coordination: Liaise with excise departments, regulatory authorities, and ensure full adherence to IMFL retail norms. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to shape strategic decisions. 🔍 Candidate Profile Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in IMFL or liquor beverage retail operations (State or Regional level). Education: Graduate / MBA preferred. Industry Background: Liquor, Wine, Spirits, or FMCG with exposure to alcohol beverage channels. Skills Required: Strong leadership and people management skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. Deep understanding of retail dynamics, trade channels, and local regulations.
