Work location :Labbipet, Vijayawada - 520010.

Salary offered: 10 LPA - 12 LPA

The ideal candidate should have a very good communication skill and extensive

knowledge of the AP market.

The candidate should be willing to travel within the state & 10 to 12 days outside

Gender: Male

Age: 32- 38 years

Languages: English, Hindi,Telugu

Total years of exp: 10 to 12 years

Rel years of exp: 6 to 8 years

Preferable: Candidates from Banking, insurance, Telecom or Edtech

Should have handled a team of 8+ people

Experience in franchise or dealer appointment

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling and growing the business in Andhra Pradesh by improving the Profitability of the state;
• Appoint New Franchisees
• Get New Admissions for all Franchisees, Retaining of existing Students
• Collection of Royalty and Kit amount along with other Marketing and Franchisee fees;
• Training of Cis; Events handling.
• Marketing Tie up with around 50 schools
• No of franchisees to be handled - Currently 23 centres
