Branch Operations & Management:

• Oversee the operations of all branches, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

• Provide strategic leadership to Retail Branch Managers, ensuring the CSU's daily operations are monitored effectively.

• Manage CSU infrastructure and coordinate administrative activities with Retail Branch Managers.

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and implement state-level sales strategies, monitoring targets for branches, including those managed by Retail Branch Managers.

• Support Business Executives in generating leads and expanding the liability base, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Drive cross-functional lead generation and business referrals across multiple verticals (two-wheeler loans, and personal loans).

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, audit processes, and internal control measures across branches, ensuring Tellers adhere to cash handling limits and policies.

• Collaborate with Retail Branch Managers to manage CSU audits, voucher approvals, and compliance efforts.

Financial Management:

• Manage branch profitability and monitor CSU performance to ensure cost efficiency.

• Provide financial oversight for teller operations, ensuring proper cash control measures and accurate transaction handling.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Monitor daily reports from Retail Branch Managers and analyses market opportunities.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on CSU performance, customer service levels, and sales achievements.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping at branches, including teller records and CSU documentation.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and mentor branch managers, tellers, and business executives, ensuring professional growth through regular training and evaluations.

• Monitor Retail Branch Manager activities, including staff onboarding, performance reviews, and staff scheduling.

Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure exceptional customer service across all branches, resolving escalated issues promptly and supporting tellers in handling customer inquiries.

• Guide Retail Branch Managers to foster long-term relationships with customers and deliver superior service experiences.
