The Purpose Of This Job Is
- Review STSL credit proposals, carry out thorough due diligence within stipulated turnaround times and decision of the cases / recommend the same to respective authorities - Zonal Credit Manager, National Risk Manager, Credit Committee for decision/ approvals on the case
- Maintain the quality of portfolio by regularly reviewing the portfolio and suggesting for the policy changes accordingly if any
- Regularly Review & Monitor the Portfolio Performance, PDD movement and Compliance related matters
- Regularly Review & Monitor Vendor Management and closure of Audit queries
- Bringing in the Process Efficiency & Quality Improvement Initiative, Cost Reduction Initiatives and Stakeholder Management

Regularly Review & Monitor the Portfolio of the region. Bring in the expertise of identifying the grey areas which need immediate attention of the management. Track the movement of the portfolio is in-line with management mandate.
Quality is measured by delinquency, bounce rates, loss numbers, RCR and File quality scores are key deliverables
- Business & Financial Management -
Calibrate the capacity plan in line with business needs
Identify and act upon various risk arising out of credit/process activitiesRisk mitigation- bureau/rating agencies/collection reports to be reviewedDo periodical stress tests to ensure necessary actions are taken in markets having sharp movement in real estate pricesTrack and react to external influence on portfolio Bureau/rating agencies
Take decisions which are aligned to the management directive keeping customer in mind
Bring in the efficiency in the system by enabling decisions being taken within defined timelinesUnderstand the Salaried / Self Employed market dynamics for STSL business in smaller towns say tier 3 – 4 markets
Effective training and timely communication of policy & underwriting standard

Quality is measured by no of files managed on monthly basisInitiatives for improving the productivity at every level is also one of the key deliverables
- Process & Quality Improvement -
Regularly Review & Monitor the PDD movement as one of the most important process laid down to be managed by RCM
Bringing in the Process Efficiency & Quality Improvement Initiative, Cost Reduction Initiatives Define credit underwriting standards and processes in accordance with ROC approved guidelinesProcess adherence as measured by audit ratings, FTR score and TAT are key deliverables
