Staff, Technical Account Manager

.We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to serve as the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. In this role, you will manage complex technical issues, provide proactive guidance, and ensure customers maximize the value of their solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal product teams, developers, and customer stakeholders to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent critical issues. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise in cloud and network systems, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Multilingual proficiency, including fluency in Italian and English, will support your interaction with global customers.

Accountabilities

  • Act as the consistent technical point of contact for a designated portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and provide expert guidance on cloud, API, and network solutions.
  • Coordinate escalated customer issues and maintain communication to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve customer satisfaction and support processes.
  • Document customer-specific implementations and use insights to enhance internal knowledge bases.
  • Prepare and participate in quarterly business reviews and other customer engagement activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen overall team performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical support engineering, customer success engineering, or related roles.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud solutions, and network protocols (TCP/UDP, SSL/TLS).
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues with enterprise customers, including code-level problem solving.
  • Understanding of web technologies, telecommunications, and SaaS/cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with network connectivity troubleshooting and working with customer developers.
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure, manage high workloads, and remain calm in critical situations.
  • Experience with enterprise customer engagement and account management is preferred.
  • Desired: WebRTC experience; proficiency in JavaScript or server-side code ( Node.js , C#, Java) and React is a plus.
