Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of major product initiatives, ensuring scalable architecture, reliable performance, and exceptional user experience.
• Lead and mentor engineering team members, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and best practices across the codebase.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Own and enhance frontend engineering processes, including performance optimization, debugging, testing strategies, and deployment quality.
• Provide deep technical expertise in complex implementation areas and guide critical architectural decisions.
  

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React Native, ReactJS, Next.js
• Backend: FastAPI, PostgreSQL
  

What Drives Success In This Role

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with React Native, ReactJS, and Next.js. Exposure to native iOS and Android development is highly preferred.
• Delivery Ownership: Proven track record of managing projects from concept through production deployment with accountability for outcomes.
• Testing & Quality: Ability to debug complex native integrations, optimize app performance, and ensure high-quality releases.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated history of technical ownership, leading teams or initiatives, and driving high-impact engineering decisions.
