Staff Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing the client-side architecture and establishing best practices for the Web Platform. Your role will involve developing distributed micro-frontends and decoupled, domain-driven client-side code. Additionally, you will be tasked with building a scalable, high-performance, and maintainable web platform for domain teams. The tech stack you will work with includes Micro-frontend architecture, Monorepo tooling, Webpack, Module Federation, React, WebSockets Subscriptions, and Design Systems. Key Responsibilities: - Own the team-level architecture and collaborate with other teams to enhance the performance and stability of features. - Play a crucial role in roadmap planning, ensuring alignment of products with strategic goals in coordination with stakeholders. - Identify and lead initiatives focused on architectural improvement and innovation. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to fellow engineers, sharing best practices and elevating collective expertise to deliver exceptional results. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in building Desktop and/or Web Applications with proficiency in React.Js, Javascript/Typescript, etc. - Demonstrated experience in enhancing the performance, reliability, and stability of Web Applications.
